There are some people who are way beyond the limits jobs set, and Mehul Desai is one such entrepreneur from a Non-Business family background where everyone masters their own different fields. Automobile Engineer by profession, knew that he would always be his own boss, for he had a huge passion for cars apart from being a professional in the field, and wanted to give people the best! With the burning passion in his heart, he set up a garage in the parking lot of his family home in his hometown Surat in the year 1997.

Even back then, he was at the top of his game, thinking ahead and moving beyond conventional ideas. So impactful has been his work, his service, that he is no more a name; and has come to represent a brand in himself and with his name, customers could expect the best. Over the decade, he has served thousands of consumers in and around Gujarat as well as other states of India. Today, moving on from his old setup, he has built an international standard multi-brand automobile care workshop known as ‘Mquik by Mehul Desai’.

He describes his new venture as a one-stop-shop for everything needed for an automobile, be it repairing vehicles, buying car tires & accessories, customizing a vehicle, getting it detailed/cleaned, solving mechanical issues, or anything else! Mquik by Mehul Desai offers a car owner everything he/she would need for the vehicle’s upkeep and maintenance under a single roof.

With that goal in mind, he regularly visits many international automobile exhibitions and conventions to stay in touch with the latest trends and technology. He is a known name in the industry having an experience of more than 23 years in the automobile industry, donning several hats. He is the chairman of the Automobile Committee of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SGCCI) as well as the Surat International Auto Expo. He also serves as the president of the Surat Car Workshop Association and the National General Secretary of All India Automobile Workshop Association.

It is notable that without any family background in this field, he has managed to make a name for himself. Due to his expertise, his name holds immense clout in the automobile industry.
